When I asked about that they said it was their policy. However when they held our bags for us they searched them and threw out all our toiletries and our prescription medications. They were the nicest people ever and it didn't matter who they were.when you passed by them they always said hello and were so helpful!! On our last day we had a medical emergency and again the staff were amazing!! We got into the ambulance and they were so helpful and because we were checking out they made sure to hold our bags for us! They really made a very stressful time so much easier as I didn't have to worry about our bags and all that. There were a number of pools to choose from but we hung out at the adult pool and the size was great!! It never felt cramped or too full with people and the DJ's that they had there were awesome! The best thing about the hotel for me was the staff. I LOVED that they had a fridge in the room which is a rare find in Vegas!! The pool was great!! It was a little cold on our first day but really that wasn't a huge deal since it was so hot outside. Obviously the rooms are a little dated but the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
